We are seeking a motivated individual to join our lead discovery and off-target biology group. The successful candidate will contribute to our ongoing efforts to assess the totality of the genome-modifying potential of our next-generation base editing technology. Candidates should be highly self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-moving and goal-oriented environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support efforts to develop, design and execute assays to assess the genome-modifying potential of base editors
  • Culture, transfection and multi-parametric flow cytometry of mammalian cells
  • Perform microinjections of mouse embryos for validation of base editing technology
  • Molecular biology and next-generation sequencing library preparation
  • Data analysis to visualize outcomes of genome editing



  • BS/MS in a biological science with prior experience in industry or academia
  • Experience in molecular biology, cell culture and flow cytometry
  • Prior experience in mouse embryo microinjection
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of gene editing tools and principles is preferred but not required
  • Self-motivation, multi-tasking, trouble-shooting and an attention to detail is required
